Section 9 Refund, Return, Exchange and Repair
1 Refund and Return
No refund or return for custom ordered products.
Refunds and return may be issued for ready made products and goods, if in unused (unworn, unwashed) condition with the tags intact. For returns and refunds for Customer reasons, Seller will charge 25% handling fee and return shipping charge.
2 Exchange
If there are any workmanship errors and/or defect on our custom ordered products, we will fix such workmanship errors and defects. This will be fixed by us without any charge.
For measurement errors by the customer, or any other reason caused by the customer, the products will be fixed at the customer’s expense. We will let the customer knows how much it will cost prior to the work being done. The shipment charges shall be borne by the customer.
Ready-made products may be exchangeable if in unused (unworn, unwashed) condition with the tags intact. Please follow the shipping instructions as per a return (See clause 9.4 Return procedures). Once item is received and confirmed, we will send you the replacement product.
3 Repair
We will repair all of our custom ordered products.
For any workmanship errors and/or defect on our custom ordered products, we will fix such workmanship errors and defects with no additional charge to the customer if notified to us within 30 days from the delivery of the product. This case is limited to, any workmanship error that is more than 1.2 inches from the original ordered measurement. The product must also be unused at the time of claim. Once the product is used, free repair would not be available.

Ready-made products cannot be repaired.
4 Return Procedures
For claims regarding Products ordered (damaged Products, Products not conforming to the Order), the Customer may return the Product(s) to the Seller within 30 days of receipt of said Products by strictly following the procedure below.
CUSTOM-ORDERED PRODUCT – Custom ordered products are made just for you. Blue Sugar New York LLC stands behind all of our products. If we have manufactured incorrectly or our merchandise is defective, then we will make it right. Otherwise, ALL CUSTOM-ORDERED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Please let us know within 30 days from the receipt of the products, if there are any notable discrepancies.
The Returned Products will be resized, repaired, remade, and re-manufactured to fit the Customer’s body size, this work shall takes at least 30 days up to 60 days.
- Repair, resize, remake, and remanufacture charge shall be free of charge, if we confirm our errors in workmanship.
- If the customer measurements and products size differ more than 1.2 inches (3 centimeters), the Seller will bear all the shipping cost as well as the remake charge for that particular product.
- If the Customer requests the remake of the Products, in order to better enjoy a more perfect fit to your body, the Customer shall bear the costs of shipping and shall be invoiced for remake charge.
READY MADE PRODUCT
a) Return Process: When you find any defects on our products at the time of delivery, please e-mail to our Customer Service Department at: info@stillblueny.com with photos showing the issue. Return will only be accepted within 30days from the delivery date of the product.
b) Return number: Once we have agreed to the return after review your message and photos, our Customer Service Department will provide the Customer with a Return Number, which must be indicated with the returned Product(s).
c) Condition of the Product(s) returned: the Customer must return the Product(s) carefully packed in a secure package and the Product(s) must be in their original condition and ready for sale (unused, un-worn, and undamaged).
d) Return address: the(s) Product(s) returned by the Customer to the Seller shall be sent to: Blue Sugar New York LLC Customer Service 244 W. 74th Street, Apt. A8, New York, NY 10023 USA
e) Return costs: return costs shall be borne by the Customer. (or Customer may request FedEx return label for return.)
f) Responsibility for returns: Product returns are the responsibility of the Customer. Therefore, the seller recommends that the Customer use insured registered mail or courier service to be able to track return parcel shipment.
g) Return verification: Upon receipt of the return, the Seller will inspect the Product(s) and, if the return is validated, shall reimburse via PayPal used by the Customer for payment of the Order. Return verification will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the Products by Seller. If the return does not comply, the Product(s) shall be sent back to the Customer. If the return is validated, an email will be sent to the Customer to inform him/her of the status of processing of his/her return.
h) Refunds: For returns of defective Products: if the return is validated, the Seller will refund the price of Product(s) to the Customer. Failure to comply with the procedure indicated above, and without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees, the Customer may not make any claims, and the products supplied by the Seller shall be considered to be free of defects.
